Matt Poore
With eight years of experience in strength and conditioning, my focus is helping clients achieve pain-free movement through effective, personalized approaches. Specializing in manual therapy, I use hands-on techniques to address muscular imbalances and restrictions, which are often key factors in achieving optimal mobility and comfort.
My master’s degree in sports medicine supports my evidence-based approach, ensuring that clients receive safe, sustainable training and recovery solutions. By combining manual therapy with corrective exercises, I work to prevent injuries, reduce pain, and enhance overall movement quality. My mission is to guide individuals toward greater strength, flexibility, and freedom from discomfort, enabling them to perform at their best in every aspect of life.
